 物料名稱：PU漆表面絲印移印油墨。

 適用范圍：專門用于各種塑膠（五金）產品在表面噴涂了PU漆后，在PU漆表面絲印或移印的油墨。常用于U盤、MP3、MP4、手機外殼、游戲機手柄、汽車GPS等。

 油墨性能：

1、普通溶劑型 ：該油墨色澤鮮艷，附著力好，耐摩擦細度5UM以下有優良的過網性能，圖案再現性強，有黑、白、紅、橙、黃、藍、綠、紫、金、銀等多種顏色可供選擇。印前添加10%固化劑，印后攝氏65度恒溫30分鐘即可。

2、UV光固型：附著力/耐摩擦測試：1、RCE紙帶機175g/平方CM重力來回300圈OK，2、含沙橡皮擦500g重力來回50次OK。

Ink performance:

A 10% curing agent is added to the press before the press, and the temperature is 65 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.

2, UV photo solid: adhesion / friction resistance test: 1, RCE paper tape machine 175g/ square CM gravity back and forth 300 cycles OK, 2, sand containing rubber eraser 500g gravity back and forth 50 times OK.
